Roxanna Alldredge, Coach/Consultant
Roxanna brings fifteen years of teaching experience and six
years of paraprofessional experience to Project CHOICES.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education,
she served as a paraprofessional and substitute teacher in general
and special education classrooms. In 1995, she returned to college
to complete her special education certification. She then spent
fourteen years teaching at a small rural southern Illinois school
(that remains near and dear to her heart!) in general and special
education classrooms, grades K-8. Roxanna served as the Gifted
Education Coordinator and Project CHOICES Building Coach and
enjoyed co-teaching relationships with the general education
teachers in that setting.
Roxanna is the proud mother of three beautiful children. Her
youngest child, Davy, was born with Down Syndrome, so she feels
especially empathetic toward families seeking LRE for their
children. She has a passion for supporting teachers as they
work to create learning communities to benefit ALL learners!
Roxanna enjoys spending time with her family. She is an avid
reader, enjoys old movies, and hopes to do more traveling in the
future. Roxanna can be reached by email at rjalldredge27@gmail.com
