Project CHOICES provides support to school districts and communities to develop and expand inclusive educational opportunities for children and youth with disabilities. Our consultants work in regional teams geographically throughout the state.

When support is requested by a district, the Project CHOICES team assigned to that geographic area will respond and schedule an initial meeting with the school/district team selected by your district personnel. At this meeting, we will work with your school/district team to learn about your goals, identify areas of need, explain what kinds of support our project can provide, and begin developing a collaborative agreement that will build capacity for inclusion.

As part of the Collaborative Agreement, we can assist your school/district in meeting your staff development needs. Project CHOICES is an approved ISBE vendor for distributing CPDUs to certified instructional staff and CEUs for nurses, audiologist and OT/PTs to meet their individual Professional Development Plans.
